Islamabad mosque bomber identified, caught on CCTV | SAMAA TV
ISLAMABAD: The suicide bomber whose attack on a mosque in Islamabad was foiled on Friday has been identified as 28-year-old Zaka Ullah, SAMAA reported.

Sources said that Zaka Ullah was resident of Chak no. 239 of tehsil bhawana in Chiniot district of Punjab.

With seven sons in a local seminary, they said the terrorist had a religious family background.

On Friday, a video footage of the bomber was obtained by SAMAA from three CCTV cameras installed inside the mosque.

A major terrorism attempt was foiled on Friday afternoon when he was gunned down, by security guards while trying to enter a mosque in Bara Kahu, a village on the northeastern outskirts of Islamabad.

He could not explode his jacket. A guard was killed in an exchange of fire with the bomber before he was shot dead. - SAMAA
